John joined my old Tae Kwon-Do club somewhere within my time there, and has always even from those days, been noted by me as a very good free sparer. However Johns talents go much deeper than just a good fighter. It wasn't really until John joined TST that I got to see the real commitment he had.

Since becoming an instructor for us, he has been reliable beyond belief, very rarely if ever missing a session he has committed to take. Johns kindness and willingness to teach people and enable them to get better is also a quality John excels in.

I have heard John offer to go to students houses to do extra tuition for gradings, totally free of charge. I have seen him take students aside who are about to grade or enter a tournament and give them sound advice, or tuition after class.

John is someone I can call upon and rely on, which is exactly what I need as instructors of my club.

On the practical side as I've already said what a great free sparer John is, and you'd be pushed to find a TST student who'd back against him against any one on his day.John also has a great understanding of the patterns, and practises them most days. He rarely forgets them and performs them to a high standard.
